Düsseldorf - Wednesday 27 November 2024 was a big day for Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, Targobank and Assurances du Crédit Mutuel. Daniel Baal, President of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, Isabelle Chevelard, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Targobank and Mathieu Dehestru, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACM Deutschland, inaugurated the new premises of ACM Deutschland in Düsseldorf.

A central objective of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale's strategic plan "Ensemble Performant Solidaire" is the development of the model of Bancassurance in Germany, which is to be implemented with two insurance companies and one holding company. Germany is already the second largest market for Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale in the banking sector, whose declared aim is to become a leading Bancassurance insurer on the other side of the Rhine.

Mathieu Dehestru emphasized the major challenges awaiting the subsidiary: "ACM Deutschland will work together with Targobank to develop Bancassurance in Germany. We are striving for a close link between banking and insurance. Our aim is to provide the best quality of service to policyholders by relying on the cooperative values of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale."
